How the SKL Academy 12 Months Programme Works:

SKL Academy runs on a cohort basis, meaning you will move through the 12 modules with a defined group of Kingdom women over 12 months.

Each month you will:

1. Listen to the teaching audio

2. Complete the workbook or tool for that module

3. Apply what you’re learning through your Leadership Project

Quarterly Leadership Activation (Live with Detola)

Every quarter, we gather to reinforce the key lessons, troubleshoot what’s getting in the way, and activate your next level of leadership.

Warm Seat Coaching: A small number of women will be selected to share a real leadership challenge and receive live coaching from Coach Detola in a supportive, practical way.

Vision vs ideas, God idea vs good idea, assignment clarity and focus.

Decision-making under uncertainty, confidence without arrogance, trusting your yes and no.

Module 5: Time, Energy, and Capacity as a Leader

Sustainable leadership rhythms, boundaries, energy restores, movement, hydration, healthy routines.

Module 6: Communication, Presence, and Influence

Clarity, authority, stronger communication, influence mapping, Maxwell DISC integration.

Module 7: Building and Leading Teams

Delegation, trust, standards, multiplying leaders.

Module 8: Conflict, Courage, and Difficult Conversations

Lead through tension, adapt to communication styles, and learn how to handle hard conversations.

Module 11: Kingmaker Lab (Mentorship and Multiplication)

Develop others, mentor emerging leaders, and build succession thinking.

Module 12: Commissioning (Legacy, Succession, & Showcase)

Capture the impact of your Leadership Project and build a simple legacy and succession plan. *You will get a chance to present your Leadership Project online.
